This gift is a Qatar 2022 World Cup ball (Al Rihla) on which the
portrait of Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani,Emir of Qatar,along with the flag of this country, is painted by
Fatemeh Zarei, an Iranian artist from Shiraz, as well as some
symbols of Doha and La’eeb (official mascot for FIFA World
Cup 2022) are depicted on the ball, and the famous poem
(Human beings are members of a whole/In creation of one
essence and soul) by the famous and international Iranian poet,
Saadi Shirazi, is written on the ball in three languages: Arabic,
Persian and English.
The frame of this ball is also decorated with inlay art that is
unique to Iran and the city of Shiraz.
